Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee, and no‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Last‑minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients.
